...so quickly? Amazing!
Kenna's name means "beautiful" and she certainly is. She is not only beautiful in appearance, but she has such a sweet, beautiful spirit. We have been so blessed to share the past eleven years with her!
Her birthday was yesterday and it was full of celebration. The day started with breakfast in bed:
You can get a sneak peak at her new room in these pictures. We're still waiting on a major component to come in that I ordered off the internet, so I'll wait to post more pictures of her room when it's finished.
At school she got to wear the birthday crown, have her name called on the announcements, and go to the office to get her "birthday duck". If you have read my previous posts, you know about the "Just Ducky" awards that the kids' school gives out. They have a thing about those little rubber duckies (and their mascot is the "Mavericks" - go figure!).
We had Kenna's favorite - chicken pot pie - for dinner. Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Kevin came up and joined us for dinner, presents, and cookies and ice cream.
Tonight we continue the celebration with a sleepover. Should be a lot of fun!

Happy, HAPPY Birthday to Kenna!!! Eleven? Seriously, where does the time go? That first baby picture looks SO MUCH like Camden! Their noses are just alike!!
