"Pip"
We had a new friend join our family on Saturday. Kenna has been asking for a furry friend for a while now. We told her she could get one if she saved enough from her allowance and birthday money to pay for it herself. Fortunately for her, some relatives learned about her wish and she received a cage from MeMe and CeCe; Aunt Tonya and her family gave Kenna a pet store gift card that covered all the "necessary" accessories. She used money from her great-grandparents to buy the hamster. She is already very attached to him.
He is so tiny; we weighed him and he is almost exactly one ounce.
I'm usually not a big fan of rodents, but this little guy couldn't be much cuter!

Pip is sooo cute! Can't wait to meet him or is it a her? The room looks great! I love the verse over her bed. We did a good job, didn't we?
